We, a family with two kids, had an amazing time at this hotel. The hotel has clean and modern facilities including a great swimming pool area, with a fantastic kids pool. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location is perfect, right at the slope, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast was ample and delicious, with many options available.

Really nice sauna and wellness area. Very tastefully done and very reasonable prices (not free). Great after a day either skiing on the slopes or walking/hiking in the area. Hotel rooms were of a good standard, spacious and with a good view. Breakfast (included in the price) wasn't 4 star (more like 3 star) but not too bad. Personale were helpful and friendly. Good facilities. Great fitness center. My wife and I are seasoned travellers and would recommend this hotel in the 4 star category.

Parking at the hotel could have been free given the surroundings...in the mountains with loads of space. .

Hotel has playground for kids in the restaurant(not buffet restaurant).Therefore,we could enjoy dinner due to noisy kids.

I spent Easter weekend in a beautiful location where tranquility reigns supreme. The view from my room and the restaurant was breathtaking, and the rooms were big and cozy, offering a great night's sleep. The best part was the Wellness center, with a great selection of saunas and a warm swimming pool. Breakfast was amazing, and I especially loved the variety of food on offer. Finally, the staff was so professional and kind that I felt right at home.

It is conveniently situated right next to a ski slope, making it the perfect choice for winter sports enthusiasts like myself. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping services were impeccable, making me feel truly pampered. The hotel also offers a shuttle service, which was incredibly convenient for exploring the area. the level of service provided by this hotel is second to none.

This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is breathtaking, surrounded by mountains and offering easy access to nearby trails. the staff is friendly and always ready to help, adding to the great atmosphere. the breakfast was delicious and abundant, with many different options to choose from. We especially loved the traditional dishes offered, giving us a taste of the local cuisine. the wellness center was also amazing, offering a variety of saunas and relaxation options.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms made it a bit difficult to sleep comfortably during hot weather. the daily cleaning services were basic, with just towels and bed being made up.

The location of this hotel was perfect for hitting the slopes. the ski lift was right next to the hotel, which made getting on and off the mountain a breeze. the room was cozy and had a great view of the surrounding mountains. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel also had great facilities, including a lovely spa area and fun tarzan park.

The daily room cleaning was not up to par. the cleaning was very basic and didn't include tidying up the room or cleaning the bathroom thoroughly.
